Client Services
Client Services is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting network-based information technology solutions for approximately 2,100 administrative faculty and staff at N.C. State University. Services provided by us include:

Systems Integration - installing and configuring custom applications to integrate them into the Network Services Windows/Macintosh environment

Technology Consulting - analyzing various administrative business processes and applying information technology to make these processes more effective

Problem Determination - determining cost-effective resolutions for a wide range of hardware, application software, and network-related problems

Technology Implementation - providing workgroup applications (workflow processing, document management, and imaging), communication applications (e-mail, group scheduling, task management, etc.), personal productivity applications, and general network file and print services

General Computing Support - installing, maintaining, and managing various types of computing networks and components, including workstations, network management systems, network hardware components, maintenance systems, and application software
The Client Services help desk is staffed 7:15 - 6:00 Monday thru Friday to provide users with timely technical support.
