TSS Client Solutions
The Client Solutions unit is comprised of three teams: Client Services, Solutions Center and the Distributed Support Services. The Help Desk functions as first tier support for customers of the Solutions Center and Client Services teams. The Solutions Center team services NC State University customers who access administrative applications and information. The Client Services team provides support and consulting to administrative customers using the standard Administrative Desktop and to other customers using the GroupWise Messaging system for electronic mail and calendaring
